BlueScope Butler first entered the China market in 1992 and setup its first plant in 1995. Today we have completed over 2,600 projects in China alone – with a total construction area of over 35 million sq. meters.
BlueScope Buildings' companies (Butler®) developed the industry’s first standing seam metal roof system over 40 years ago. We also have helped fund industry-wide wind uplift (hurricanes , typhoons) testing, snow loads and seismic research. Research and testing labs located in Australia, China and North America help guarantee consistent quality of our suppliers and our own products.
